Please join me in my efforts to support the Sjögren's Foundation! I was diagnosed in Spring 2023 with Sjögren's.  Though there is no cure (yet), there are medications and resources to help make everyday life a little bit easier.

Being a private person, it is hard for me to share my journey with this disease.  Some days are perfectly normal, while others it is hard to swallow, blink, headaches that seem unbearable, and all around movement causes pain.
