My oldest child was diagnosed with Sjogren's when they were 13 years old. It has been quite a journey. I am hoping that by raising awareness we can reduce the amount of time it takes to get diagnosed and decrease the suffering of people who have Sjogren's. I also am excited that the money raised will support provider education and research into Sjogren's. The money is well spent with 86% of funds raised going toward the mission of the foundation.
