It’s that time of year: The Sjögren's Foundation’s Mid-Atlantic and National Virtual Walk for Sjögren’s is Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 10am, and there's still time to be a Sjö Stopper!
I'm still struggling, but I'm still fighting this Sjögren's, plus the related issues, including neurological disorders such as Migraine, Neuropathies, and Dysautonomia/autonomic dysfunction–for which Sjögren’s is the 2nd leading cause!; Mast Cell Activation Disorder (an immune overreaction triggered by dysfunctional autoimmune signaling); and recently diagnosed Chronic Kidney Disease. And as part of my fight, I'm still asking for help with this annual fundraiser. This year, the Walk is virtual, so you can join in from wherever you'd like, however you'd like, to watch the opening ceremony and Q&A with an Expert. Every donation, even a small amount, helps the Sjögren’s Foundation fund research, spread awareness, and help people like me who are fighting this serious and potentially debilitating autoimmune disease.
Every effort helps! Help them, help me and others with Sjögren’s Disease! Please, please, please! Thank you!
Tips:
Join our team and become a Sjö Stopper by registering through the “Join Asha-Lateef’s Team” link on this site. Your donation and any funds you collect will be listed under your name, making you eligible for incentive prizes.
Or, use the “Donate” link on this page to donate under my name, and still support the Sjö Stoppers total donations.
Donate/raise $50 or more to receive a Walk for Sjögren’s T-shirt that you can continue wearing and continue raising awareness even after the Walk. Do so by May 21 to receive it in time for the Walk. I still wear plenty from my collection going back two decades!
Share the email you received and/or the link for this page to share with others, raise awareness, and hopefully even raise donations.
Thank you very much for your support, and thank you in advance for considering making a donation!
Blessings,
Asha
