Please join me in my efforts to support the Sjögren's Foundation and to “Step Up for Sjogrens”.  The Mid-Atlantic Walk for Sjogrens will be Saturday, May 31.  It will begin with a virtual presentation at 10 am.  Our South Hampton Roads team will meet at 12:00 at the Virginia Beach oceanfront to begin our walk.  It you are interested in walking with us with us, please contact me.

I was diagnosed with Sjogrens December 2014.   I am the Hampton Roads Sjogrens support group leader and with our faithful group we strive to always “Step Up for Sjogrens".

On this journey, I have educated myself about this autoimmune disease, met others impacted by Sjogrens, and learned a lot about myself and how to be the best ME!  We can “Step Up for Sjogrens”.
