My name is Lindsey Hatfield and I’m 34 years old and I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s in February 2014.  I'm so grateful to everyone that donates and joins me year after year for a fun day at the Philadelphia Zoo!! I couldn't do it without all your love and support!! Excited for our first year at Franklin Square this May 10th!
