Form a Team

Rally your family and friends to step up at the Walk for Sjögren's! Teams are a powerful way to show support, raise awareness, and work together to make an impact in the fight against Sjögren's.

By leading a team as a team captain, your job is:

Recruit individuals to join your team

Encourage fundraising

Inspire your team and share your story

Have your team join you on Walk Day

Create a Meetup

A walk meetup is great way to bring your local community together for everyone to Step Up for Sjogren's together. The meetup usually includes people made up of your family and friends, and/or fellow Sjogren's patients, that walk in your local neighborhood. The meetup can be held at someone's house, a park, a school, a church, or any other location that provides a central meeting point. The Foundation is happy to help promote your meetup to other patients and walk registrants as well as provide any tips or ideas that may help expand your group.
